If enough are interested I will run a Nap League for the two day Epsom meeting on Friday and Saturday this week that will include amongst other top races the Oaks and the Derby.

The racing starts at 2pm on Friday and is being televised by ITV.

Normal rules apply.

Start at a virtual +0.00 and choose one horse from each of the seven races each day.

You lose 1.00 for each defeated horse but gain the SP of any winner.

One horse each day should be marked as your nap and if it wins the SP will count as double.

Non runners will count as losers.

This is free for anybody to enter and a £10 bet to the winner.

I will do a league table on Friday night soon after racing ends but the final table will be very late on Saturday as I am at Headingley watching cricket and am in the hands of Northern Rail to get me home. So it could get to Monday!
