I would love to go. Why can't they have it up north later in the year? Cheap enough tickets but expensive day out when you travel to London from burnley.

Do the Pink Floyd thing and buy some drugs with your money instead.

Have you named yourself after a Floyd track, I seem to recall a track called Cirrus Minor on one of the early albums, maybe Umaguma or Relics or Piper at the gates of Dawn - I can't recall without googling haha

how can a band have an exhibition in a museum ? surely it'd just be some old plectums and afghan coats.

And album cover art and ads to their early gigs - based on what I see on the V&A site.

And, I understand you get headphones and it plays their music as you walk through the exhibition.

Hello me,

I've just rediscovered this track, it's from the album 'More' and is a little bit trippy, do not listen if you don't want those flashbacks to start again.

I went in May. It is really excellent taking you through the whole history and output of Pink Floyd in an audio visual exhibition. You wear your own headphones as you move through the exhibition. Don't go 'on spec', pre-book your tickets at the time you want.

A friend took his wife to see this last month. His review:
"It's truly superb. My only complaint is that we booked our slot for 3pm and the V&A closes at 5.30pm which left us having to rush through the last third. If you're going allow at least 3.5 hours. It's that good!"
