Gray is 1/2 to stay at Burnley. 3/1 to sign for Everton. Oxlade-Chamberlain is 100/30 to go to Liverpool!

It wasn't so much that he was favourite - more that he had been cut to evens from 18s

How much would I need to put on to get Burnley into the Lionel Messi market?

Oumar Niasse (Everton) to come to Burnley 4/1 (jt fav)
Keane to stay = 12/1....mmmm might risk a shilling!

Probably because of this thread. But I have just seen him buying a share pack of crisps in tesco Burnley as well.

Looking at the bookies odds on SD going to Palace, Niasse to come here and Tom Heaton to go anywhere I wouldn't read anything into it.

According to some of the experts on here if you have £50 your odds will shorten dramatically

Can I do an accumulator? £5 on both of you to get your leg over would bag me a small fortune. Or £5 on 'both teams to score' is probably more apt.

Judging by the nature of our recent transfers, it wouldn't surprise me at all to see out interest resurrected in Robertson.
I can only think the link with he and Liverpool was wide of the mark. He's a player who was all set to join us in January, so why should it be any less likely now, especially as Hull went on to be relegated..his value certainly should not have increased. Maybe Dyche feels the way to upgrade on Boyd and Arfield is to invest in attacking full backs to replace defensive wingers

You may have a very good point there!

To be fair to Ward we already have an excellent attacking full back.
Robertson probably will be better long term but feels like overkill in a position we are solid in. Rather we invested in other positions and got a stable backup.
Dyche knows best mind

I like Ward a lot but we need two good players for every position. That is surely the bare minimum. Given that Brady was deployed on the right on a few occasions, whose to say Ward and Robertson might not make a viable 'left flank' when needed.

That article is from January.
However Nixon has tweeted we are 'interested' in both Robertson and Dawson along with Jota from Brentford.

Would be a phenomenal signing.
If we are re-visiting failed January moves, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see us in for Snodgrass, especially if Boyd and Arfield are goners.

Always thought Snodgrass link was to try and push Norwich into action with Brady

I can't see anything particularly credible on the internet, but he'd be an excellent signing and give us real options down our left. He, Ward and Brady would give us interchangeable options with real width down our left.
Presumably if there is any truth in this, it suggests Dyche is unlikely to depart.

Possibly does. I got the impression he was the type of midfielder that played across midfield in a free role. Could stand to be corrected. Also doesn't come across as a typical Dyche grafter

I think Jota would work if we played 5 in he midfield and just behind the striker. Not sure he'd be suited to Dyche's when on the wing.
