They haven't submitted their books yet for league inspection, or the review hasn't been done and it's usually announced in November/December.

The same thing was said by Blackburn fans when they signed Murphy, Etuhu and Best on big money. Look what happened there.

As long as Rovers don't hang around (here's hoping!) in that division they will be fine.
