sit tight barrowford...its a seasonal thing...after months of study I tend to ease off after Ascot as there is just too much racing and majority very poor stuff....you see I make notes on the races on the flat...watch every race...at this time of year I dont finish the daily racing until after 9 o clock....it doesnt leave me sufficient time to look PROPERLY at the next days racing....between now and the end of august when night racing finishes is a time to tread softly....I will always try to do a sunday thread and perhaps saturday....sometimes monday as well but the other 4 days will be hit and miss.....hopefuly have a bet or 2 for later today....will post by 1 30 at the latest if there is anything...utc.

I'm not a gambler, although I do dabble with matched betting (doesn't count) but I've placed, I think, 8 bets based on Happys tips, 4 have won.

Go on happy...where are we looking today. Not had a pint since I went to York at the start of May and got completely rinsed out!!!

the amount of racing is for the bookies benefit...of course we have a choice whether to bet on it or not.....today just like a couple.

Going Cartmel today. Anybody any tips....on paper doesnt look as bad as normal but didnt know if any trainers or jockeys preferred
