Where is the best place to have a tow bar fitted in Burnley and what is approx cost. No electrics needed, it's just for a bike rack.

Halfords do it, don't they? (Next to Iceland). Think they may be your best bet.
Give em a ring. Don't know about the cost, though.

There used to be a place across the road from the courts / Lava ignite.
As for cost, depends what they need to do because some cars require more specific electrical work than others.

What car is it for?
If it's towbar only, that's maybe doable yourself? 6 bolts.
Towsure.com has a good list for most vehicles.

What bike rack is it? It may obstruct your number plate and/ or lights with bikes on it so you will need a light bar and therefore electrics.

Be careful with tow bars. One being fitted by a non certified person can invalidate your insurance or so I'm told.
Not in Burnley but redcap garage between oswaldtwistle and Blackburn are good

I imagine if it's fitted to the windshield by an uncertified fitter there would be problems receiving a payout.

Thanks guys. Halfords don't do it and as I said, electrics not needed. The bike rack recommended from Halfords does not need additional lights or even a number plate as it does not obscure mine. It's for an XF Sportbrake which has an aero foil at the top of the tailgate thus precluding the more conventional racks.

I'm Scottish-English and I don't have a Trump obsession. I've been interested in American politics and history for 17 years.
