Went to watch my sons son in a friendly last night in Suffolk. There was a scout from Ipswich there. He saw our Burnley shirts and said Hello at half time. Ipswich were watching Harry Limb just before he signed for us, he also believes Norwich and Cambridge Utd were tracking him.

I Watched him play against Wisbeach couple of weeks back. Looked sharp, good movement, strong player. Often too good movement, if you get me, getting into positions that required a more quality supply ball than some of his team mates could deliver. No offence meant to his team mates, but to me looked like his footballing brain was a little more switched on. Good player. I have coached youth football down here for over 25 years before stopping in 2015. Without a doubt a good player, ready for premier league..no. But I think he could do a job for a lower league team now on loan.

How old is he? Is he the 20 year old that scored for fun for his last side.

I always think these days, if you aren't scoring in the league somewhere at 20, your at least 4/5 seasons of premier league football.

No, he was 17 in February when we signed him, so 17 or 18 now.

It was his 18th last Tuesday and he scored our first against Wisbech

He did score a hatfull for Wisbech my mate is a fan and said he is a real talent. Good to see a young lad playing mans football and being successful (even at such a low level). We should get him out on loan somewhere and see how he does.

Good age, what level are Wisbeach?

Might be a chance to get him at Fylde or Chorley who seem to be doing well locally , if that's a similar level

I think it’s sickening that people are making Limb jokes. Frankly, I find it extremely prosthetic.

Could be worth an arm and a leg one day.

He isn't ready for a loan just yet, although he does have potential. Currently, Jamie Thomas and Khius Metz are more suited to loans with their experience and quality. Another one ready is Tommy Wood. He is built as a solid number 9 who is ready to be tested in the lower leagues.
