Season ticket problem

My friend has tried contacting customer services by telephone over the past few days to sort his season ticket out. Hes tried different numbers and different departments numerous times but had no luck. Hes been paying monthly for a season ticket and when he tried to purchase a ticket for Blackburn away they told him he didnt have a season ticket. What is going on, terrible service, does anybody have any idea. He hasnt yet recieved his new card but he is paying monthly on a new contract for the new season ticket?

We plan to get to the ground early on saturday to get it sorted but the ticket office have said they cant do anything about it.

The worry is that hes lost his seat from the past 2 seasons as well

I had an issue logging in yesterday. I got through on the 0871 221 1882 number without hassle. Took the options of waiting to speak to someone, and they sorted it out in minutes for me. I left it until mid afternoon and got through first time. The lad I dealt with said it had been crazy all day. If it's something that can be resolved, then from this and my past experiences I'm sure they will do it for him.

Ticket office just say he needs to contact customer services. So he calls the 01282 446800 number and it rings out to leave a voice mail. No idea why ticket office cant sort it

Maybe if he tries ringing them again on the number I posted, and ignores the options until he speaks with someone, they can put him through to the right person to help him. Not sure what else to suggest. Hopefully he will get it sorted.

press option 5 and get reception - it wont ring out and should be answered (instead of option 2 general ticket problems)

they should then be able to direct you to someone who can sort out your problem

Cheers lads, keep you posted but i think they said they cant re direct calls best bet is to probably just go in but we cant do that till Saturday and he may be left without a ticket for the first home game.

I rang up, got through on option 7. Told me he definitely has a valid season ticket but they dont know why it hasn't been posted out yet so there sorting a ticket for tomorrow!

Only 2 out of 3 of my season tickets arrived. I contacted the club and for some reason, the 3rd got sent to my old address. They were really good about it though and I have to collect the 3rd on Saturday.

Worth checking they have up to date details with all associated Clarets Numbers

I agree with that, the set up is a little bizarre. If you press the wrong option they cant just put you through to another department which seems a little out dated

Forgot my card a couple of times last year and they just gave me a ticket for my seat for entrance no issue at all

Too late for your card for tomorrow but the week before the celta vigo game I booked my seat for that game on line (at the time still had not received my new card) then 2 days later thought that strange not got ticket for that game so went back on line and realised that it would be added to my as yet not received new card. Then Joy my new card arrived in its nice cardboard wallet, but wait when I opened the wallet no card. I rang up and explained and the gentleman I spoke to arranged for a new card to be printed out and sent to me direct from the club.
So it may well be if you go early they should be able to print out a new plastic card for you to present at the turnstile for the first game of the season.

Cheers for the help.

Just going to get down early get it sorted out hopefully all is good and he's still sat with us in our regular seats
