Most awkward journey tomorrow

Whos got the biggest ballache journey tomorrow with the coach arrangements?

Im working in Blackburn tomorrow and then have to drive back to Burnley to come straight back where I came from.

Im guessing there will be people who live in Blackburn. Who have to travel to Burnley to come back and have to do the reverse after the game.

Brother in law (rovers fan) for the reverse fixture used to come up to mine then instead of being able to walk 5 mins to and from the game from mine had to travel to Blackburn to come back.

Anyone in same boat tomorrow?

Avoid the crush. Forget the buses and jump on a canal barge and go in style.

The vibrations give me an involuntary erection whenever I travel by bus.

It could be very awkward for me.

I don't care if its bus, taxi, canal barge or shanks' pony as long as we beat the b'turds (again).

Bus from Sandbach to Crewe, train from Crewe to Preston, Preston to Accy. Cab to b&b, drop bag off, cab to Stanley, bus to game and back. Cab back to b&b, kip, cab from b&b to Accy. Accy to Preston. Preston to Crewe. Cab home. Not a cheap do, but can't wait. No complaints from me, unless we play 2nd string. Return train journey, 4 taxis, hotel, food, ticket and best bitter. Happy to pay for success; only.

Nightmare for me......5 minutes home after work from Douglas to Onchan...changed and then beg for a lift from my other half back from Onchan to Jacks bar in Douglas...........

Can't travel on my own and have to be supervised....

And can't leave Jacks until an hour after the final whistle! Fin disgraceful!

My wife and I are driving back to Kent as soon as we arrive back at Turf Moor after the match. We will hopefully be home by about 3.30am.

My God, how do you cope??? I have to walk from Queen's Pier into Ramsey and find whichever bar is showing the match.

When I lived in Manchester, I once had to get the National Express to Burnley (too early for X43). It went past Ewood on the way. Same journey on way back.

I used to have the same problem as a teenager travelling to Burnley college on the bus. And I imagine the sexual thrill of a local derby makes it doubly uncomfortable.

Bop, I had to look up Sandbach on Google. You really are in the middle of nowhere, aren't you. At least it's not Gore Bay, Ontario. (Look that one up.)
