Surely we should have been back in for him.

Maybe we didn't because he wouldn't come here. Must be something amiss if no Premier League team is in for him and Harry Redknapp isn't 'avin 'I'm at Burmanum.

He wasn't interested in coming to us before - I'd hope we have other targets.

We got Brady instead who fills his role as a creative midfielder and set piece specialist.

Three clubs have been in for Snodgrass since West Ham made him available, none are in the Premier League.

I'm glad we haven't bothered with him. He has shown at West Ham just how good he is.
A footballer more interested in cash than playing the game.
Dodged a bullet in my opinion, although I will admit to being excited when we were first linked with him.

Dear Robert Snodgrass
That's what you call a bad career move. You went for the money instead of the playing time.
Enjoy your career in the Championship
Best Regards
Mr Dyche

I'm still far from convinced we really went for him. I still think it was to try and push Norwich into action with Robbie Brady.

Very good player. Would have liked him. Trust we are in for better if we didnt go for him.

Not good enough for me so glad he's gone to someone else.

Not surprised that we didn't go for him but not sure about him not being good enough for the premier league. He has a lot of experience in the league and I thought he worried us when he came with Hull. Should do well for Villa, maybe bad news for George Boyd though.

Why would Snodgrass' move to Villa be bad news for Sheffield Wednesday's George Boyd?

Boyd had a bet on him signing for Charton at 66/1.
That's why it's bad news for George.

He was Hull's best player in first half of last season
