Any tips from those in the know for Mondays racing at Cartmel........... Any assistance to choose the winners would be greatly appreciated!

Not looked at the card but in general favours previous course winners and keep an eye out for local trainers. One of my favorite jumps courses.

Most of the races have quite small to medium sized fields. A few doubles would be the order of the day for me.
