I'd change the line

"Coz he's ******* ****"
With
"But much more than a twix"

If there's a song where the lyrics are just groans then that would be best, bearing in mind he's always offside and couldn't trap a bag of cement

Good to see 'fans' getting behind a possible new signing, as always.

'We don't like him'

What's he done wrong. Maybe you need to direct your unhappiness to the man who signed him.

I really hope the comments on here are a wind up otherwise I despair over some of those who follow our team.

He won't need a song as he'll never be on the field.

For or against the signing and although obviously a joke (of sorts) thread, it's a bit ott for me.

Only takes a few muppets at the ground to give him no chance at all once he's signed for us and first misplaced pass to be greeted with moans and groans.

I'm just very underwhelmed bye this signing, seems a lot of money for a injured player with glass ankles, he was a decent championship player, but we should be looking for a better option, it's like picking up some old desperate slapper in a night club at last orders,
I actually think SD Is a great manager, but every so often he lets himself down bye buying complete dross or unproven players who just aren't good enough

Which is exactly what will happen. It's ridiculous.

In fairness I've made it pretty clear how underwhelmed I am about this, but I would ALWAYS give a chap a proper chance and never berate them as long as they're giving their all. I'm more than happy to eat humble pie if I've called it wrongly. For example I said Vokes was useless when he first came and he definitely proved me wrong and I'll openly admit it.

The op is a p155 take, based on the other thread.
Good god iv'e never known a player get so much stick before he's kicked a ball for us.
I hope we can revisit the thread in a couple of months and and see some of the posters squirm at the crap posted.

I'm with you on that Dark Cloud. I'm not convinced at all by Wells and I've seen plenty of him, but would more than happily eat my words.

I didn't need to with Sordell, Juke and a few others but of course there have been ones where I've needed to eat a large slice of humble pie.
