I know there are one or two on here that appreciate good food.

If you've never been, you should.

Original one sits between Queensbury and Denholme. They do some great food etc.

Good to see a family business thriving.

Use both of them frequently - what a business they have. All local meats and veg at good prices and non of this regulation about the shape of veg either

Didn't know that.

Bowland Brewery have tried to copy it in Clitheroe and got it dreadfully wrong, certainly price wise.

Rough one Sunday, Mrs says we are going to a farm shop before skipton - you're driving. Followed her sat nav directions, thought this is longer than Skipton, keep quiet for an easy life. Arrive a lot later at the original farm shop

We like the one at Skipton

It's quite incredible for a stout and the strength of it, how much Sam Smith's Imperial Stout is like pouring down t' sink.

A wonderful slurp.

:D The one at Skipton is definitely nicer, being newly / purpose built. Both are great places for finding new local produce. Yorkshire popcorn is my latest discovery - the coconut and toffee one is amazing!!

If you live over Manchester/Oldham/Rochdale way then Albion Farm shop's cafe is worth a visit http://www.albionfarmshop.co.uk massive portions and all the meat comes from the butchers so it's top quality.

Been to both and appreciate both. The Skipton shop has a much bigger range of fresh produce, its hard not to buy. They usually have my fave
False Bay chenin blanc at a fair price. Bowland seems to have over loaded on nice, expensive, gifty type things which my wife goes mad over. Hope both prosper.
