Is this is the one which is being complained about for being racist?
Considering it pays no attention to his ethnicity surely the only ones drawing racial connotations are the (perpetually offended) complainers?

world's gone mad...they are simply pointing out their "love" of their striker in a humourous way...the penis remark suggests "don't mess with him, you're inferior".....When I first heard of a racist chant aimed at Lukaku regarding his penis I thought A) Everton fans B) It would be far worse than that.
