ClaretsPlayer help needed

Firstly how can I find out online when my yearly ClaretsPlayer subscription runs out as I can't find it anywhere?
And I know they have changed things recently but I haven't a clue how renewing subscription works nowadays.
Say my subscription runs out on sake of argument 25 September can I not simply pay for 12 months and then that runs out on 25 September next year?
They seem to be talking about paying up to the end of the season only now.
Help!

There is a handy new chat bubble that appears in the bottom right hand of the website where you can get all of the answers from the hosts of the player themselves (Clarets player HD Support).

Isn't that one of the contentious issues? From what I've read you can't pay for 12 months any longer, it's season to season.

Log in to Clarets Player https://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/my-account/
Click on "Access Clarets Player"
Click on your name
Click on Packages & Purchases
You should see you current subscription dates.

Your subscription won't automatically renew, you'll have to go on the site and buy a new one (Season Pass).

So if I pay the £42 or whatever then that will last up until the beginning of next season?

Have to admit that they annoyed me. In particular the fact that I contacted them twice and they were useless. First time they didn't bother to reply other than to acknowledge that I'd contacted them and the second time they fobbed me off without answering my question.

I was signed up for at least 12 years judging by the address that they had on record for me but I'm not going to bother with it this season.
