I'm convinced that this would make a brilliant Burnley terrace anthem. We just need some lyrics...starting with a Burnley player to replace Mr. Dreamseller...

There are a lot of budding lyricists out there...I hereby challenge you to do your worst! Make it happen!

For those of you who know the song, the chorus might have to be included too...it just fits!

Oh ye of such little faith...

We need something new!

I can get 120 x 7-11 year olds to sing in time (and tune) each week... I reckon I could manage to keep 17,000 home fans in check!

Get the vinyl album version and play it at 78 rpm, that should give you an idea how it might sound if we sang it.

Just a suggestion,but what about the chorus from Tubthumping ,by Chuwumbawumba. Local band,lyrics seem to fit Clarets to a tee.

Saw Lindisfarne at Nostell Priory over in Yorkshire in the early 80's supporting Jethro Tull. Other acts included The Blues Band, Wang Chung and possibly Marillion.
