Heck....
Had no idea of that 'law'?
Who the hell makes this stuff up?
Sounds a bit like another angle that the 'Big City's clubs can use against smaller clubs.

The Spanish league is strange. Barcelona and Real Madrid get twice as much TV money than anybody else. I love that Real lost at home to Betis yesterday. Absolutely made my day.

I think that’s a great rule. If you’re getting less than 70% you’re charging too much.

20 euros a ticket. but they hike up the price for the big guns. most of the fans 'support' madrid or barca anyway so when the team aren't doing well no one can be bothered going

The crowd against Newcastle will exceed this season’s highest to date - 28,514 for a 1-0 defeat to Huddersfield Town in September - and is vastly higher than Elland Road’s average attendance of under 24,000.

Don't mention this to Blackburn.

Based on official attendances Blackburn's about 35%. If it was based on actual attendees then it would be about 25%. I'd say that's due to their cheap season tickets this past 10 years though.
