I am up in Burnley for the match, so won't be with you later. The good news is that Madge is stripped ready for action.

Come on you Clarets

Let's have a good one.

This is more our nitty gritty 6 pointer type of game. 3 points will be very welcome indeed.

Not convinced about having Arfield out wide instead of Gudmundsson. However, Arfield has done well since coming back into the side playing behind Wood. Hopefully he can continue that form on the right.

Team: Pope, Lowton, Tarkowski, Mee, Ward, Arfield, Cork, Hendrick, Defour, Brady, Wood

right with you on this Indigo - think this is more about tracking back than going forward

Maybe so! I can see why Dyche feels it hard to leave out Arfield. It is what it is. Perhaps Gudmundsson can be our super sub :)

If this is a game more for tracking back then we might as well never look to go forward again

not what I said - it is shaping up to deal with the opposition while still finding a way to win - this lot play a version of Kloppball and have talent on the wings - we know Arfield can play forward and has the discipline instilled from all his time under Dyche.

Also just remembered that JBG took a big knock on the knee in the 1st half on Tuesday - may be an element of precaution as well

Got to play Arfield against his old club something to prove a point might just bag the winning goal to make it that more sweeter UTC

Is it too much to ask for a really comfortable Burnley win today? I'm not asking for 4 or 5 goals. 3-0 will do.

No it's not Indigo no. Y'know what you deserve 4 goals today. By quarter to 5 you'll be gifted with 4 goals.

Afternoon all, like Galway a bit breezy up here, tricky game this, need to get on top early and snuff out the optimism of the newboys, 2-1 the score.UTC

Like the side. Airfield scored last week! Guddy has not been scintillating. He can come on later!
Sat in Turf Moor now. All good.

very tough game for us today, Hudders will surprise a few that haven't seen them. We will need to take the chances we create for sure.

Looks like Dyche agreed with the poster on here who wanted JBG dropped even if for some strange reason he was not allowed to express his opinion on this forum

Rachel Brown Finnis added some Burnley glamour to final score on the BBC today - made a good career for herself and has earned the right to as well
