50 loyalty points again? Looks like this may be a regular thing?
Re: 2017/18: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
It doesn't mention 50 loyalty points on the club site, maybe it's just an error?

City Tickets
Why no City away tickets on sale on Burnley website? Wasn't it supposed to be 12.30 today online?

Re: City Tickets
It was supposed to be, for people with over 5,000 points. I have well over that, but no away games showing for me.
Re: City Tickets
Yes it was, I have tweeted the club but no response
Really frustrating as I always organise a group of tickets for us and invariably the website isn't ready on time
Will just have to waste my saturday waiting for it to be updated

At least it's not just me then. I've got the wife waiting to go out and in a right old rage because I said I'd have it all sorted by 12.35! F'ing joke tbh!

Why say 12.30 which is STILL being shown on BFC official site, when clearly there's nowt there to buy almost an hour later!? Joke!

Re: City Tickets
Same here and all sorted. But still, why advertise 12.30 if it's just a "rough estimate?" Seems a bit unfair to me.

Re: 2017/18: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
My copying and pasting meant I was showing another 50 loyalty points for the game when I first put the ticket info online for this game. I removed it when I saw it because the 50 points was a one off for the Everton game, although I've no idea why.claretsforever wrote:how many loyalty points do we get for this game is back to ten

That's why I thought it was 50 points but obviously not.ClaretTony wrote:My copying and pasting meant I was showing another 50 loyalty points for the game when I first put the ticket info online for this game. Re: 2017/18: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Potentially then you can go to 5 away games this season, including some down south, and have as many loyalty points as someone who has just been to 1 rather close away game? Seems a bit unfair? Very odd. Although the ticket office does work in very mysterious ways.

Likelihood of this getting to ST holders?
What's the allocation?
What's the allocation?
Re: 2017/18: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Allocation will be 3000, so probably touch and go whether it goes to ST holders with less than 3000 points.Claretmatt4 wrote:Likelihood of this getting to ST holders?

Started on bottom tier at ticket office and top tier online

And you need a pair of binoculars on the top tier, especially at the back.ClaretTony wrote:Started on bottom tier at ticket office and top tier online

Ah bugger, was out this evening and now it looks like it's sold out.
Does anyone know if there some left if you buy in person at the ticket office? I live in London so it's a struggle but would really appreciate it if someone was popping by and could get a couple of tickets for me. I can transfer money (+ a handling fee!) and can send over Clarets numbers for season tickets etc. Cheers!

Ring the ticket office this morning or check back online. They sometimes pull them off sale when close to selling out to not over sell.WatermelonMan wrote:Ah bugger, was out this evening and now it looks like it's sold out.

Re: 2017/18: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Just called up the ticket office.
The online product has sold out, and they have about 80 in the ticket office left - BUT you'll still need the 3000 loyalty point to buy then in person which is a shame.
Any that arent sold will go to ST holders (no points needed) on Monday morning in person.
Looks like im going to miss out, gutted!

Re: 2017/18: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
I was under the impression that we always sell out our Away ticket allocations and that as a fan who doesn't watch all that often these days - and thus one with very few loyalty points - it would be a waste of time trying to ever get a ticket. However, having watched a vlog of an everton fan who recorded some of the action of the game against us from behind the goal where we scored it hardly looked like the away end was full when he panned over to the celebrating clarets after we scored.

Re: 2017/18: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
We dont always sell out our away ticket allocations, Everton being a prime example. Tickets for Man Utd away on Boxing Day will sell out very quickly, apart from maybe 1 or 2 others you will always be able to get an away ticket for the rest of this season.Espia wrote:I was under the impression that we always sell out our Away ticket allocations and that as a fan who doesn't watch all that often these days - and thus one with very few loyalty points - it would be a waste of time trying to ever get a ticket. Re: 2017/18: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Apart from City and possibly Chelsea every away game has made it to general sale so far. Apart from the Christmas games at Manu and Huddersfield don't think non season ticket holders will have many issues getting tickets for the remaining away games.
