Does anyone know why there appear to be two different versions of the 'Burnley FC Miscellany' book?
I have the version published in 2009 by Breedon books, and written by David Wiseman (in fact, I think he may post on UTC?). It is an excellent book, with loads of Burnley FC information and trivia, which I still dip in and out of on a regular basis.
However, I have also seen for sale another version of the book, with the same title. It was published a few years later, and was written by David Clayton.
I wondered if anyone had both books, and knew if there was a great deal of difference between them?

Re: Burnley FC Miscellany(s)
The second one written by David Clayton was published in 2014 by Amberley Publishing, some five years after the original by David Wiseman.
Within the acknowledgements of the second book by Clayton, he explains that when he was asked to write the book he was determined not to consult the original by Wiseman. As a result there are numerous features that don't appear in the original but for obvious reasons some facts are covered in both.
For any Burnley fan interested in the long and colourful history of the Clarets both books are a brilliant read and have proved an invaluable reference point for solving many disputes over the years.
