Alex Ray-Harvey has joined Guiseley from Barrow. One of the few Burnley youth players in recent times to have been born in the town. He made over 200 appearances for Barrow and has gone from one team in the lower reaches of The National League to another in a similar position for a fee of around £10,000. He has followed his ex manager Paul Cox who was sacked by The Bluebirds and joined Guiseley earlier this season.

Paul Cox resigned, he wasn't sacked.

Harvey was their longest serving player.
