Dyche and Everton

Firstly, where's the other thread gone?

Secondly, some good sources have apparently suggested he'll be announced at Everton manager after the weekend.

Was on Tall Sport earlier (a caller with a "good source") and Twitter has the rumours too.

Could still be balls but seems a bit more substance to what has been suggested before.

Compensation agreed ??

Talksport at 23: 00 said a reliable Twitter source has indicated Burnley have agreed a compensation release clause of £2.5 million with Everton, I'm just about pi**ed off with all of this now utc

Before a game tomorrow that's hard to accept

Hope Dyche and Everton get relegated

I remember one transfer window some Burnley fans made up a rumour in regards to a transfer to see how far it could go.

It made it to SSN....

We also have people on here desperate to appear in the know, so until the club announce its happened, there's not much point fretting.

This has nothing to do about being in the know I hope most of utc people can do more with their Friday evenings than I am able to do I'm listening to a radio and hopefully informing those that haven't heard.

On the plus side, it's amusing to see the complaining by Everton's about the possibility of Dyche being their next manager.

Someone has said there isn't one credible source, whilst someone else is tweeting Everton players asking who will want to stay under Dyche
Some great reading to be done on there.

Dyche has a 2.5m release clause according to the media so they would just have to decide if they were willing to pay it or not.
Seems like Fat Sam wanted a monster wage to go there and priced himself out. He had to pay Palace 2m quid back if he got another job.

I didn't accuse you of being in the know...

I'm merely saying that right now someone has claimed to be in the know on talksport and it's suddenly gospel and nailed on to be happening.

Wouldn't Burnley release a statement saying they'd given Dyche permission to talk to Everton?
They haven't yet last I checked.

I'm not saying nothing will happen but I can confirm that there has, at this time, been no approach from Everton.

Everton are 10/1 to get relegated and were 9/2 despite getting nearly half the required points already.
Lump on if you think they really will get relegated.

How disappointing.

it'll be more talk sport ***** as always, they have that fat buffoon parry on at the minute, pretend evertonian.
He, and his equally vaccuous co host are desperately trying to get a reaction from wolves and burnley fans regarding these recent rumours.
It is THE worst station anywhere, reports from their programme should be treated as nonsense.

Clearly he isn't going , what kind of manager leaves by choice at a crucial stage of a season?

the same scummy station also said ten minutes earlier that nothing would happen until the International break, even then it was only about opening talks with possible suitors.

He wanted the palace job, but it did not go his way.

Not sure this job is going to advance his career, he maybe sacked sooner than he thinks.

Would that be the palace job some people on here are adamant he had an interview for?

Again the club didn't tell anyone he had permission...

Can't believe the slating he is getting when progress wise we are no further than when Koeman got the shove. That said his comment highlighting how far we have progressed in 5 years under his command "could" be taken in a few ways. A couple being "look what I have done and achieved for you - be grateful" or "look what a success I am, could do a job for you Bill"

Only rumours I heard but he thought he had the job.

Don't get me wrong I want him here.

If he left I think we should get Allerdyve till the end of the season so when Dyche gets sacked we can have him back

He had an interest in the Palace job, I think to suggest he wanted it is stretching it.

Myself and a few mates did the Tim Cahill "rumour" on deadline day to see how far it'd go ...... They reported it outside the turf on SSN and Cahill went on twitter himself to say it wasnt the case

Your right, just ex players and peopl who work inside the club letting us know what he is up to.

Apart from that it's just speculation

You really need to remember Burnley is a small town

I think it's really bad this has been reported before an away game, true or not it affects our team who could get 3 points tomorrow.
