But just heard The Chain by Fleetwood Mac on Radio 2 and the instrumental excerpt from it for Formula 1 has to be the best and most inspired IMO.

I’ve always had a soft spot for Grandstand, but I think that’s mostly driven by nostalgia.

The 'Hocus Skynyrd' hybrid that is 'Drag Racer' by 'The Doug Wood Group'; aka the snooker theme. Thijs van Zant, maybe.
