Myself and my wife Ginny are making the arduous 29 mile drive from our home in Kent to Lewes, where we are meeting our Claret friend from Wiltshire. Looking forward to a few drinks and a meal before jumping on the train to the stadium. UTC!

Me and the father in law. Driving down tonight to their place, probably get the bus there, and either bus / train back to Lewes for a few beers and some food.

Well done, Oshkosh. Every credit!

For me, train to Brighton, where I meet my daughter-in-law (who works at Amex and who got the tickets); then both of us to Falmer by train. The old saying is relevant: 'It's not what you know; it's who you know.'

We've just come on pointless. Only 10 people thought of Burnley as a side in the premier league or championship. Seems we are still under the radar.
Anyhow yes, tickets arrived today.

Wtf? Blackburn is a correct answer. This must be a repeat - but only 7 thought of them.

For those that weren't watching Pointless, the question was Premier and Championship teams in 2015/16 season. If it had been this season Blackburn would have been a wrong answer. ;)

Of course, Burnley was mentioned - and Richard got the chance to say that we were "Champions of the Championship" that season.

My wife suggested QPR and Fulham - both only 3 points.

Anyway, 2 of us on the train from S.West London at the Amex tomorrow.

Does anyone know a good pub in Lewes for Clarets to meet before the match?

London Clarets are using Gardeners Arms, have also used Brewers Arms in the past. I think there'll be a fair few Clarets in Lewes pre match.

Don't forget that your match ticket should be accepted for the train journey from Lewes.

2 of us on a VERY early train from Picadilly with a stay over in Brighton overlooking the beach! (Might give the sea a miss though!)

PS. Does a match ticket get you a free ride to Fulmer from Brighton Central?

Is there anybody going down to London hiring a 1910 Rolls Royce and then travelling in convoy with a group of other old cars all the way to Brighton ?
