My take on it was that he was rolling him on to the pitch then treatment would be on the pitch rather than treatment being off the pitch and the game continuing.

I think he wanted the game stopped. He was just aggrieved that no foul was given. I was fuming. I don’t easily get annoyed but Mourinho thinks he’s better than anybody else. I thought he did it for either treatment to be on the pitch or if the advantage was pulled back. Opinions were split around us- some thought he was ****** off because Lingard had already faked injury earlier and wanted him to get on with it.

Lingard blatantly made a meal of the challenge and feigned injury. Jose simply pushed him back on to get on with it - he wasn’t impressed with Lingard and fair play to Morinho. It’s very rare I give the odious, moaning little **** any credit, but I think it’s due on this occasion.
