Season Ticket Renewal

Anybody experiencing problems with online ST renewal? It has defaulted my sons (both U11) to Adult prices in the basket and I can't see how to amend. I am not relishing the prospect of a 5 hour customer service 'experience'.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Are they continuing with the practice of rolling over with the monthly payment scheme?

It's up front payment for all of us.

I have a question, my eldest turns 10 so will be paying this time, we're on the pay monthly which doesn't roll free kids ones automatically (you have to email them) will my sons renew on my direct debit ?

You need to phone up to get the ‘free’ U10 in JMU. It doesn’t just roll over for them. Btw - you may still get a free ticket. My youngest was 10 when I bought last year (he turned 11 in October 17) and he got a free ticket for this season. He’s an U12 for next season though so need to decide if he’s worth £50 ha!

I don't, and I didn't make any such claim. How did you reach that conclusion?
He said that it's payment upfront for "ALL of us". That's not how I paid, or many others amongst us.

His "all of us" was regarding him and his lads who he mentioned in the OP.

I emailed last year to renew the 2 free ones, just wondered how it works when 1 is no longer free, on the OS it does say "under 10's" so i don't no how you got yours free.

Fair enough, but he could have worded it better. As a stand - alone post I think most would interpret "all of us" in that post as including me and you.
Particularly as it directly followed Lord Beamish's post:

I don’t know how/why I got it for this season. It wasn’t a straight renewal though as we were in JML last season. I would recommend phoning for peace of mind (if you don’t mind the call cost for the 5 mins or so it takes). I just know that the advice my brother got from the ticket office last week was to phone as my nephew is an U10 still.

Fair enough. Next time, for clarity, I will word it:

For anybody else experiencing the same issue that I was (kids season tickets loading at adult prices with no option to change - payment upfront)...

I would recommend you call the ticket office (0871 221 1914 - option 2) and ask to speak to Alex. It took about 2 minutes to process the transaction. I think the standard way of dealing this is to refer you to Ticket Master but they will charge a booking fee which is totally unacceptable for what is a club admin/systems issue. Alex was spot on.

So just to clarify- If I just keep paying my direct debits then they automatically renew at early bird prices?

If you signed up to our ground-breaking Direct Debit method of payment for your current season ticket, so you don't need to do anything to renew!

Absolutely nothing!

Burnley Football Club are delighted to announce that Earlybird Season Tickets for the 2018/2019 season are now available...and prices have been FROZEN AGAIN!

You can call the 01282 number to avoid the premium.

Tried that, after 30 seconds of silence it goes dead. Are you sure there are no numbers missing?
