Yes an angry one at that no doubt!

You know what? I'm usually in the corner of country's gone mad / what's the world coming to / PC gone mad / 'elf and safety madness.

But, to me, it doesn't seem out of order for the council to tell a lollipop man to stop teaching kids to dick about when they're supposed to be learning to crossing the road safely.

I feel sorry for the authorities sometimes.


People would (rightly) be all over the council if they had let this continue (which might even encourage other lollipop men to do it) and one of the kids was hit by a car / touched up by a lollipop man.

Our lollypoplady was nearly hit by a mini when the driver didnt stop.She retaliated by denting the roof as she hit the speeding car with her lollypop.Needless to say the driver didnt get out to argue with Scouse Peggy.

I know I lollipop lady that got accused of stealing from her job. She denied it, but when the police searched her house, all the signs were there ........
