Played 90 minutes behind closed doors in a 4-0 win over Preston. Vokes and GK with a brace

Seen a lot of calls for GK to start.
What has he done to merit it?
He’s had some good touches, but looked pretty lost when he’s come on in games.
Certainly doesn’t look the level to displace Lennon or Gudmundsson.

Think most people are only calling for him to be given a chance. I'm surprised teams are still willing to loan us players after we repeatedly waste people's time getting them to the club and not even giving them a chance.

That’s fair enough but I don’t think Lennon and Gudmundsson have done much wrong.
One thing about GK is he’s not going to offer the protection to the back four that Lennon and Gudmundsson do.
He looks to have ability, but I don’t see him playing much of a part in the last 10 games, I’d wager Dyche will play Arfield before him if someone gets injured.

If we don't give him some game time it will be wrong of us. No point in borrowing him.
Of course we don't know how good or bad he is, but it would be worth finding out.

Perhaps he was signed in case Lennon didn’t come off.

Arfield was injured too at the time, we even played Barnes left wing for 2 games

Clubs are seriously going to think twice before loaning players to us if we continue to not give them game time.
I think he`s looked pretty sharp when he has come on - don`t think he has looked lost at all. I don`t know whether he is good enough to start or not but if we are signing £11m players from the likes of Spurs I would have thought they have more of a chance of playing than Bamford, Chalobah, Flanagan etc.

Which is pretty similar to their parent club after signing them.
We would have seen more of him if the Lennon deal hadn't gone through I think.
Anyway, let's hope he gets some time AND is productive with it.

Can see why he does not start but when Lennon or JBG are not having a great game why not take one off after 60 mins

I would have put Nkoudu on for Lennon on Saturday with about 15 minutes to go.
