Still think the lad might make it as a pro and get into league football.

He's done the right thing going to a level where he'll get game time. If he has the talent and the commitment then he'll come through.

Their ages aren't relevant though, and no one is expecting him to be a Harry Kane. What level he can reach I don't know but I have to say I'm surprised he's playing at that level. I wouldn't be surprised to see him make the Football League at some point in time during his career.

2 years younger than Jamie Vardy when he first played league football.

I wish him well and getting called up for the England team is good at whatever level.
Age is irrelevant. I remember watching Kevin Phillips playing for Baldock as a 20 year old and then he was signed by Watford and he was 23 when he made his debut for them. He certainly went on to have a decent career, in spite of being given the push by Southampton when he was aged 17.

We had a striker a few years back who only started league football when he was a couple of months short of 22.

I'll go has far to say he will be playing football league in the future so much of shame he picked up a bad injureyat Burnley knocked is confidence and had to go down the ladder in football used to watch him at youth team level and higher can score goals for fun given a chance now he is fully fit and playing regularly utc
