The game should also be called off.

The miners is open 365 days a year, I doubt it'll be closed due to a touch of snow to be honest.

Looking at the news and out of my office window I'd say fan safety has the potential to be an issue, even for those living locally.

Can bfccrazy not tell us the line up, then we can decide weather or not to bother... pun intended

He used to do it every week, has he been told off by the powers that be?

Being in and around town about town about 15 minutes ago (admittedly not down Harry Potts way) there didn't seem to be any issues as far as I could see. Trainers with a decent grip and not even come close to slipping. If it gets bad then fair enough, but just don't see the need to call it yet myself.

The town is relatively okay. I'm not talking about individual side streets and paths but in general and if people take responsibility for their own safety (attend or don't attend) I don't see it being cancelled.

Everything is clear. I’m amazed just how how clear it is, and with another 24 hours to go I’d be absolutely amazed if it doesn’t go ahead.

I don't live locally, but looking at reports of people being stuck in cars on Motorways between Manchester and Burnley ....

Looking increasingly difficult for Yorkshire based Clarets tomorrow.

The fanzone won't make that much money on an early kick off and could be a lot of beer wastage with all the Real Ale they put on.

Bene 'n' hot day tomorrow again for the 10th game running.

M62 over the Pennines closed indefinitely it's been announced
The army was deployed to help rescue motorists, some stuck for more than 12 hours, as winds speeds reached 90mph on the Rakewood Viaduct near Rochdale.

Footpaths been gritted from at least the bus station on both sides up to the park view. Much easier walking than yesterday. Had my doubts but will be very surprised if there is no game

Traffic a bit slow going to CrossFlatts today but certainly manageable.

Maybe use the Keighley bus service if you're not confident of driving in these conditions?

But they don’t matter, unfortunately. The teams can get there, the officials too, the game will go ahead.

Might set up a happyclaret vetting system if you'd all like to email me

More from inside the club not wanting it leaked so I stopped - weirdly ... we were flying when I was doing it but people started putting it all over twitter and tagging big accounts so as all good things do, it had to come to an end.

Drove back from Media City to Burnley yesterday when weather was still shocking - ended up coming through Bury/Rochdale/Bacup and it was just the stretch at Bacup which was bad.

Only came that way as the motorways had been closed but they were all fine to drive on where we were on them.

Don't be silly, there's room for a couple at the outside bar in the CFS though

Absolutely right. Begs the question then why efforts are made to clear the surrounding areas of the ground if 'they don't matter'.

So it's not in fact down to injuries, tough run of games, fine margins or the FA/Refs against us, it's because you stopped posting the line up Friday.

Why is that.Live in Bradford don't see any problem at all.
Even if some of the moorland roads may be a little difficult the A646 through Hebden Bridge and Todmorden should present no problems.

I was told to stop doing it by the person I got info off - but weirdly the results have been suspect since  just shows that posting them wouldn't affect the results as we were doing better back then.

But I'm not going to post when asked not to.

That's fair enough.
