It's not the way to demonstrate like that far from it but how many times have we been involved in these sort of situation ?
Southampton at the last game of the season when we drew confronted with their fans on the pitch
Wolves last match of the season fans invading the pitch and smashing up the technical area
Charlton last match of the season unrest all round the ground and unable to present the championship trophy
Not sure if we where involved at any point with the Blackpool fiascos and the golf balls

Burnley fans who lived through the 80's and 90's will take little pleasure from ANY football club being in such a mess. Far to close to home.... and no one knows better than us what can happen if it drags on and on.

Kightley goal was a cracker at Blackpool ..Southampton an entertaining end to the game.

I believe the lease allows them to pay less when relegated! “Soppy sods” it ain’t all bad news!

Some funny videos on west ham TV (search on YouTube if interested). One fan actually said "that team should never be losing to Burnley" ha ha. I didn't realise Collins and Ogbonna were world class. Numpties, the lot of them. I find most fans I've encountered in the capital that way though. Horrible nasty little cockneys who believe they're worthy of much more than they actually are!

Was at the game on Saturday sat directly behind where all the demonstration was. Whatever grievances the West Ham fans think they have it was stupid of them to react that way . all that will happen now is that will happen now because they are a small club in Premiership terms is that the FA will make an example of them to a far greater extent than they would of one of the so called BIG clubs Liverpool , UTD, Arsenal etc. Talking afterwards to some real fans they too are equally fed up of the way their club is being run . They will be the ones to suffer when the punishment is dealt out. A better way is for the 56,000 who attend their is to vote with their feet to get rid of the board who they blame.On a positive note our players reacted magnificently just kept their heads and got on with the game . The demonstration didnt help the West Ham team but anyone to use that excuse for Burnleys win on that is ludicrous West Hams body language after Barnes goal showed they were flattened then .Our club has been in far worse trouble than West Hams current predicament but what a club we are now UTC

The average age of those who went on the pitch was about 14 years old.

I don't remember them getting that near to the away end to throw stuff.

Noble lost it a bit and may've done worse if big Joe hadn't intervened but you could hardly condemn him under the circumstances (somebody charging into your place of work in a threatening manner and holding up proceedings).

Far from stretching the truth - it was far more than a trip. Collins didn't do anything at all from what I saw, Noble pushed someone to the ground. Not sure what they are supposed to do though when people are getting onto the pitch.

The footballing equivalent of a citizens arrest, as it would be if you tripped someone being chased by police in the street imo

Far more than a trip? Must have been a different angle to the one i've seen? Barnes was completely justified in what he did. Can't imagine BFC' players have much sympathy for pitch invaders, especially after that crank at ewood in the cup.
