There’s a Karcher place in Colne, near Sainsbury’s. I’ve bought replacement bits there in the past.

Karcher have a repair facility in Colne just off Vivary Way but firstly put your model number into your browser and look if there's a Youtube or info on your problem.

Mine has a "down" time occasionally but comes back to power after a break. Check the wife wasn't running the bath or using the washing machine at the time. Unless you are in a good pressure area this can affect what you get at the nozzle.

Have you checked for an air lock? Mine went wonky at the start of the new "season" last year. I unscrewed the "out" hose from the body and ran water through the unit, then reconnected -- then power on and bingo it was back to normal. Otherwise, like the other person says, there is a sales and service place in the old pub half way uyp the hill above Sainsbury's at Colne. You can also find some brilliant deals on the Karcher outlet site. They are currently banging out Karcher window vacs (highly recommended) at less than 20 quid.

Thanks to you all, i' have tried most things suggested You Tube, air locks, reviews and realized that the Karcher name is'nt the most popular, may strip it down, but it has only had 3 summers
