Considering teams in Eastern Europe and the far reaches of outer Mongolia seem to play in the competition I suspect our ground looks like Wembley stadium in comparison to some of theirs.

It isnt necessarily the stadium itself, its the facilities and media space etc.
Many use other teams grounds if theirs doesnt fit.

If we can cope with the Prem, we can do Europa! Super lights, all seats, pies, ale. Sorted!

The team that played Arsenal - Östersund have a small ground. I can't imagine it would be up to scratch for the competition.

it holds over 9k. The minimum is 8k.
Its not the size of turf moor that will be the problem. Its the size of the facilities in and around it among other things.

Looking at that pic I can't imagine they have better facilities than us. Looks a sparse ground, to say the least.

I can't see them having 2 TV studios or 400 squares metres of a VIP area.

Prem facilities regulations are the toughest to meet, our media facilities meet that so they will be ok for Europe, for eg, tv cables, power etc is already hard wired which was a stipulation as was the advanced flood lighting system.

Atalanta played away from home (in Sassuolo's stadium) because their ground was being rebuilt. Nothing to do with not meeting regulations.

I really do enjoy the fact that people worry about things which may or may not happen etc.----It does save me such a lot of stress.

Could all be accommodated no doubt if need be - wouldn't be too hard to remodel a room in the JMc stand to be a "studio" or JH stand facilities to be a "VIP area".

I’m not sure how many our post match press area holds, although I suspect it’s less than 75, but we have enough studio facilities etc. We’ve had UK and overseason broadcasters at the same time previously haven’t we?, and one of the areas is the corner of the Jimmy Mac near the police box with a view of the pitch.

I'd be surprised if Premier League rules don't match the European rules. We had to make loads of upgrades, especially to the media department, to fit the Premier League rules; and as next year is our fifth recent season up there (up here, I should say!) then we won't be in a transition period. So I would think there wouldn't be a problem.
A lot of the stuff like VIP seats and a second studio out of sight of the pitch, shouldn't be too difficult to improvise.

Everything is in place and we have two studios and both within sight of the pitch because they are Premier League requirements.

I regularly go to watch Bangor City in the Europa League (well once per season) and they play home games at their own ground, so I can't see any problem with Turf Moor being up to scratch.

Pretty sure there isn't 75 seats in our press conference room.

Two things need attention
1. Sort out the concourses in the James Hargreaves and Cricketfield stands .
2.Reduce the price of Twix .

Maybe we can just put up a marquee for the media stuff, there’s always a way. Anyway, would be a nice problem to have.

If Irish and Scottish teams have been in this competition like they have then we must be OK
