Pardew Met The West Brom Board Today......
(BBC Sport five live.)
.......and he's still employed.
So do you reckon they've given it up and they're taking their time to sus out
a new bloke, then bin him?
Let's face it, they're screwed, so no point rushing it.

They may as well plan for next season now.
They’d need to go on an unreal run to stay up.
They better players are probably all planning on getting a summer move sorted.

WBA board looking at what Burnley's board did 4 seasons back, asking themselves have we got the right manager to get us back to the Premier League when we go down at the end of this season? Or, they are looking at the other question, will we get better return on our investment by sacking our manager now or leaving it until the end of the season.
What is certain, 3 teams get relegated and WBA are a long way behind 19th place.

Ws surprised to see them struggle so much. But when you kook at the squad and especially the average age shouldnt be a shock, especially when they got shut of the manager who got the best out of them all.
Severe lack of pace in that squad and without a disciplinarian in charge theyre a shambles.

They'd be mad to get rid of Pardew in the Champs.
He's done it before and he'll do it again.
It was cancerous before he took it and it will be next season but I feel he'll be the man to sort it out if they let him get on with it

They will have planned which players are going to be offered up for sale, contract renewals etc.
West Brom are a Club that have endured relegation and bounced back. Didn't Barry Kilby once say we wanted to be like them, go down, come up, stay up?

WBA will be planning for next season, ad just highlighted. Lots out, core retained, view taken on fringe/young players and all discussed with the current manager.
That will give the board an indication of funds in and other transfer and wages budgets. Planning and an acceptance of Championship football, bar a miracle and a half.

The one advantage for them over the likes of Sunderland is they don't have a mountain of debt.
It may take more than one season but they will bounce back.
As a claret can't shed any tears they are one of our boogey sides.
Many of that squad will not be phased by Championship football.
I can't comment on their youth set-up but some gems might emerge.

Just imagine the conversation when Mr ego enters the room.
" Oh hello not often the caterers turn up before the guests have all arrived, I'll have chicken chop suey, noodles and prawn toast "
