Quite heavy here in Cornholme. It’s sticking on the A646 at Windy Bridge in Cliviger.

Quite a bit more to come overnight if the forecast is correct.
Looks like I'll be driving my beloved to work on the morrow.

The snows not as harsh as the other week. But the wind and cold is worse.

Went for a walk couple of hours ago and plenty of dickheads not driving to the conditions. Roads are ungritted and icy.

There's a couple of inches of lying snow now, setting off to Whalley in 30 minutes, hopefully the main roads are clear.

The roads are bad in places. Todmorden was fine at 6 this morning until just past Portsmouth. You could see exactly where the gritter had done a u turn.

I was in Manchester yesterday and it was freezing and snowing yet there were still young women walking around in sleeveless and/or backless dresses without coats. Mini skirts and high heels in that weather just didn't look right. Not that I was looking mind ;)
