I don't normally go a bundle on Flintoff but on this occasion he is dead right, Sean Dyche and Guardiola are currently much better managers than Mourinho. Possibly the special one has had his day. He's so negative and undermining of his own players which as the "ping pong guy" says is completely the opposite of Dyche.

They got it dead right!....Imagine Moanrinho with dyche's budget.
I wouldn't swap our manager for anyone!

A shocking programme...made for Talksport.

Two opinionated loudmouths and a third guy, more cerebral...someone thought it was a good idea for a programme.

Not for me.

It's on Five Live. Not Talksport.

Not for me.

I'm afraid they're using tax payers' money.

Tax doesn't fund the BBC.

You don't need a tv licence to listen to the radio

correct - you dont need a licence to listen to the radio. However without the licence fee, the BBC would not be funded and the radio station would not be able to pay them

UpTheBeehole will you possibly take allowance for the fact I started a new medication 25 hours ago which is designed to "switch off" Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha.

I would give you the benefit of the doubt if you incorrectly gave your weight in anything other than Newtons.

Taxpayers can include those who pay VAT, nowhere did I say I was talking about income tax, and I'm sure you know from a statistical point of view the licence fee has been classed as a tax since 2006 by the office of national statistics.

The BBC took over licensing from the GPO in relation to radio receiving licences and radio was always included when the TV licence started in 1946.

In January 2006, the Office of National Statistics (ONS) changed the classification of the licence fee from a service charge to a tax. Explaining the change the ONS said: "in line with the definition of a tax, the licence fee is a compulsory payment which is not paid solely for access to BBC services. A licence is required to receive ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, satellite, or cable". A briefing paper from the House of Commons Library described the licence fee as a hypothecated tax (i.e. one raised for a particular defined purpose).

6..'It's on Five Live. Not Talksport..'

I know that.
I listen to a great deal of 5 live output.

I am suggesting that the style/nature of the programme and it's artificial aggressive/confrontational style would sit better on 'Talksport' where they have several such [cr**] programmes.

People will always take you literally, the curse of social media, unless you use specific emojis which will let them know the tone and context of your post.
