RED TOUCH ... Trading at 5.8 on Betfair .. 2 wins here and showed some promise at Chelmsford last time , stable going well and champion jockey booked.

SPUN GOLD ..... Trading at 5.4 on Betfair.. Two impressive wins here, then struggled since with his new mark . Dropped a couple of pounds and this looks an easier race than recent ones contested .

COCKNEY BOY .. Trading at 4.7 on Betfair .. always runs well here and could make all , appeared to go off too fast last time .

PORT SOIF .. Trading at 6.6 .. Comfortable winner here on fibresand debut , then disappointing at Wolverhampton. Might be worth another chance , as lightly raced and open to improvement



HEREFORD

BREAKING GROUND .. Trading at 5.3 on Betfair .. won a more competitive race than this at Wincanton, and still travelling well when unseated rider at same course. Former PTP winner and only raised 7 lb for that win.

PINK TARA ... Trading at 9.2 on Betfair .. Came back from a long lay off to run a nice race at Ludlow, and has some decent back form. Venetia Williams stable has had a poor season, but small signs that yards horses are running better ( couple of winners last week )

SACKETT... Trading at 3.3 on Betfair .. good run here when 2nd and is the form horse of the race , useful claimer on board.

GILLY GRACE ... Trading at 12.5 on Betfair .. decent run last time out and stable has had a recent winner. Did Finish behind just spot but better off . Could run well off bottom weight .

NEWCASTLE

TOR ... Trading at 6.6 on Betfair .. Never won on the AW or over this trip . But rated much higher on the turf and win a class 2 last year ( this is a C5 ).All three wins have been with this claimer on board.

THE RAINBOW REBEL .. Trading at 4.3 on Betfair .. Finished 2nd over CD in a better race , and dropped a few pounds . Only wins have been up to 10f but Johnston horses are running well and he might just tough it out .

THEGLASGOWWARRIOR .. Trading at 7.4 .. Two wins here and decent third at Wolverhampton, upped in class but with doubts about trip etc with others could run well from bottom weight ( few pounds out of handicap)

The likely market leaders have a poor strike rate so ..

CAPTAIN PEAKY .. Trading at 14.0 on Betfair .. bits and bobs of form, has been placed over course. Stable had a big priced winner the other week, cheek pieces on for first time and Ben Robinson booked .

METRONOMIC...Trading at 7.6 on Betfair .. Would be much shorter if this were on Turf but has a better win ratio than most ( 4 wins last year misty in better races than this) Back up in trip and tends to front run, which isn't always easy here .

Your right he has got a poor win to runs ratio ( just the one win ) .. will need to make all but does have the Champion jockey on board , don't think he's ungenuine, just a low grade horse with the one pace

Had a couple of quid on royal claret 14/1 at 4:15 Hereford.

Nice 7/2 winner rainbow rebel.along with 1...2 red touch and spun gold.10/1 pink Tara and sacket at 13/8

And a 1..2 with Port Soif and Cockney Boy !!

Nice one didn't make the 5.30 19/1 fcast
