Doesn’t often play in this team. He’s usually with the first team squad.

Birch has had trials with Cheltenham & Forest Green but we are using the team now to try out trialists and give some younger players an opportunity.

Cheers, but can't help thinking it would be decent game time for him as well as lifting the experience in the team.

Couple of new names in there. From a quick look around, Teddy Perkins is Leyton Orient U18s captain and Mace Goodridge signed for Newcastle after being released by Man City in 2016.

Both in squad last Monday. I found their clubs then.

How many times has CT posted 0-0 but we are better side; followed by 1-0 to the opposition?

Probably less than we have left the Turf together over the years asking "How did we not win that?" :D

Very rarely this season with this team but we shouldn’t be losing this

Lost 1-0. Didn’t really look like getting back into it after going behind.

Another defeat by the odd goal ==it looks as though we are in the land of fine margins rather than heavy defeats which we suffered on a few occasions earlier in the season.

We took some hammerings early season but we have improved as the season has gone on. Until the goal today we were the better side by some distance but didn’t offer enough once behind.

It will take time but some real signs of progress recently.

Can I also confirm that we had a good view today from our elevated position in the exec suite (the bar).

Pretty sure it has happened a couple of times recently which was why I posted and having seen your post that we were the better side I thought 1-0 was coming :)

Lost against Hull when we should have won but we've won three of the previous four I've been to.
