Just noticed on the clubs match report that the referee was an Einar Ingi Johannson. Who is Icelandic, as it sounds. Would you know is this a regular occurrence?
I'm all for it if it gives them more experience.

He is indeed Icelandic. One of the top refs over there apparently. Presume he's here as part of some agreement to get more experience. It wasn't a hard game to control today and he kept his cards in his pocket apart from a justified yellow for Dwight McNeil.
