Just checked in a hotel in Bratislava and the guy on the desk looked at my passport and said, Have you come straight here from Burnley. They are the most remarkable team in the premier league this season.

Where's Bratislava ?

Burnley have built up with talented and prolific players . on top of it they have the best British manager at their helm . They are the only club which have challenged the big six .Although they played really well and dominated some of them atrociously ,bad luck dogged them as in some matches the lost at the penultimate minute ,
Burnley are coming up with leaps and bounds . We wish that they qualify for Europa League this season . Next season it will be another Burnley challenging Europe , Up the Clarets ,the world would say .

Well since have been visiting my lafy friend's Costa Brava flat and meeting her friends, Burnley have become a 'followed' team, as far ad our results. As far as Germany too! When we drew with Man City, I and she got lots of messages of congrats to Burnley.

Dunno, but met some FC Basel fans on the train back from west brom. They'd been at the Brum game. They were chatting the same or similar, lol. Nice bunch. Maybe they all like us because we're not money boys?!

A Burnley fan used to live there who died quite recently.

I used live in the next town about 8 miles away. I didn't know him though.

The people in the areas around Eindhoven, Geldrop and Helmond etc, know all too well who Burnley FC are.

Getting better known in Thailand now

Having a conversation with a South African in San Diego in January is the most random one I've had. Had seen loads of our games this season, "the most up and coming team in the Premier League" is an odd description!

As a regular traveller to China, I have now converted several people to follow the Clarets in the Guangdong province. It's great to see the famous Claret and Blue in several factories/offices I visit. I now know more Claret supporters then Man Utd!!!!
