Nothing much it get too excited about re today's racing in view of the abandonment's. Tho further confirmation that Venetia Williams stable is finally finding its form, another three winners today at Hereford, following on from the 4 she had yesterday . Worth checking her entries for the next few days. Also Micky Hammond's runners are worth a second look at the moment ( 6 winners from last 10 )

LADY MAKFI.... Trading at 7.4 on Betfair .. dropped to below last winning mark and has been running with credit at Southwell , winner here over 12f and16f . Does have a tendency to hang but wearing cheekpieces for the first time.

MAJROOH .. Trading at 3.5 on Betfair... Lightly raced and never won over this far , but has been running in better class and made a promising reappearance at Lingfield , downside is stable hadn't had a winner this year .

SKY GYPSY .. Trading at 4.6 on Betfair ... Ran well on seasonal debut over further here a couple of weeks ago. Useful 7 lb claimer on board and one of the few in this field that might be open to improvement.

DAVIDS BEAUTY ... Trading at 12.5 on Betfair .. Ran well here over 6f on last outing and drop in trip should be a plus . Blinkers back on and Luke Morris booked .

Get something on for the national meeting if poss.FB.poor racing of late. I'm on the football tonight. What's your views on both of tonight's CL Games?

Will try and post some views on the aintree meeting later in the week if anyone wants my views/selections on the races.

No views on the football , but would like to see Liverpool go thru, and some interesting matches in the championship Fulham v Reading , Villa v Cardiff and Sheffield Utd v Boro. Would like to see Fulham go up automatically,as have seen them a couple of times this season and like the way they play.

Yes he retired last year, and was injured on Sunday in a team chasing event, initially thought he'd be ok , but was not to be .won two King George Chases and over £1 million in prize money .. Sad news
