As requested during the Cheltenham festival nap league I will run another for the Aintree Grand National meeting that starts tomorrow.

All the usual rules apply.

Select one horse from each of the seven races on the three days.

Mark one as your nap and if it wins the odds will double.

You will start the league at +-0.00 and lose -1.00 for each horse that doesn't win and gain the starting price for any winners.

If you have a non runner you will neither win or lose points.

This is open to anybody, is free to enter and a £10 bet to the winner.

Please post all your selections on this thread and I will post a league table each night although it will be late on Saturday as I will be arranging a European tour (the one that the wife says I'm not going on!)
