Fulham for me

I have a rational dislike of Cardiff.

Fulham looked good tonight. McDonald’s performance was as we hoped he would be and I’d be happy with Mitrobic next year.

Fulham.

File Cardiff alongside Leeds and millwall in the “we hate everyone in the world cos we’re arsehole fans” file.

For some reason two of the only grounds ive not done. So hope they both go up. Would also like to see the swansea cardiff 'derby' back in the fixture list.

Nothing against either of them. Both good cities for an away day too.

I think Cardiff will finish 2nd, 2 games in hand and 2 points behind after tonights game. Fulham started the season so poorly.

Said Cardiff for a while now...would also like to see Fulham go up not been there and they seem like a proper football club...and they were in the wastelands a few years back with no ground to play on..saw us in a fixture against them at loftus road

Fulham.
Lived at the top of Fulham Palace road briefly, way back.
Always liked going on their ground.

Fulham for me my dad watched them when he was doing his teaching practice in London in the 60’s. Desperate for a Saturday 3pm kick off at Craven Cottage!

Fulham have certainly built up momentum since the beginning of the year
and are the form team. They were about 16/17 points behind Cardiff after 20 games.
I can see them winningg their last two games which will leave Cardiff having to win 3 and draw one of their remaining 4 games.
It's all to play for and I wouldn't bet against either but given the choice
I'd go for Cardiff.

I think they might find it more difficult in the Premiership than Fulham would do.
Can't really say why.

You should have visited Cardiff in days gone by and you may have a different opinion.

Horrible fans.

Location is a huge one. Fulham will have a certain appeal to young millionaire footballers that Cardiff unfortunately wont.

Hate Cardiff so Cardiff. Fulham if they got promoted are more likey to be taken over by a Chinese billionaire than Cardiff - we all know Vincent Tan wont throw 100 million at them

I've stood on the pitch at Cardiff to avoid the rocks being lobbed over the wall onto the terraces. I don't think dislike of Cardiff City could ever be called irrational.

Cardiff please. But Fulham would probably make it through the play offs the way they are going anyway. There are already more than enough London teams in the top flight.

Fulham all the way for me. Great away day at a proper old school ground. Used to quite like Ninian park, much better than yet another soulless bowl. Oh and Warnock is at Cardiff as well, enough said!

I was there that day and think that we were kept in the ground after the game for what seemed like an age.

Did they not chuck bricks through all the coach windows too?

Cardiff. Warnock’s an utter Dinosaur and has a terrible record at keeping teams up in the Prem. that’s one Relegation Spot taken immediately.

If I had a say, I wouldn't want Cardiff anywhere near the premier league.

Past experiences lead me to that opinion.

Both are an easy way day from Woodley but going to Cardiff is always a good day for atmosphere.
Fulham are flying though and playing good footballl. with Kev Macdonald playing at his career best ,realising the potential he showed when he destroyed Arsenal in the cup. Always had talent but never wanted it enough at Burnley.
Up via the playoffs for one of them proably Fulham unless Cardiff lose their games on hand.

Fulham for me. Saw my first Burnley game at Craven cottage in the 1960s,we lost 4-3. Would love to see us there again with a 3pm kick off on a Saturday! Never enjoyed Ninian park, on a par with a trip to the old Den.

We were in the stand and could see them smashing the coach windows. Half of Cardiff had come out to pay us a visit.

2 reasons for Fulham, I've got them in my ante post accumulator (can't believe they chucked 2 points away v Brentford last week, drawn too many games) and the Turf is one of them grounds for Fulham, even in the Keegan / Tigana hey days.

Fulham just because the style of football they have played over the last two years is the best I have ever seen outside of top flight football.

Love watching them and really like their manager. if Dyche did leave us in the summer (he wont) and Fulham didnt go up than Jokanovic would be my #1 choice to replace Dyche at Burnley

Much prefer going to Fulham but I think Cardiff would be one relegation place gone straight away, as Beamish says.

Fulham for me- great ground, some old fashioned wooden seats and Diddy David Hamilton

Even when they were in the Prem, you could still turn up and pay cash at a turnstile to watch most games - like in the world before ticket allocations

I could be wrong but I think Fulham are now 22 games unbeaten,so just one behind our remarkable achievement a couple of seasons back. I,too think Cardiff will get the 2nd automatic spot and Fulham will find themselves again in the play-offs lottery.
They do play some good, entertaining football and are always worth a watch but I just think back to last season's play-offs where they were the best side of the 4 but blew it against a significantly inferior team in Reading. Despite their form and quality they've fairly recently let themselves down in home ' Derby's games v. QPR and last week, Brentford. Having said that they destroyed Millwall in the second half last night. Suppose it depends which Fulham turns up on the day but I would still make them clear favourites in the play-offs.

I'd fancy Villa in the playoffs, Bruce has that knack.

I think Cardiff will grab second and Fulham will not quite be clinical enough and fall short in the play offs. Villa and Bruce would be my favourites to win the playoffs but as Silky mentions it is a lottery

used to be a good one, havent been for a while, though).

Fulham's ground is a real throwback, a bit like TM in some respects. The walk from the underground through Bishop's Park has to be about as good as it gets on an away day. Add to that their terrible record at TM and what's not to like. As others have said though automatic or nothing - don't fancy them in the play-offs.

Cardiff is a great city but no real affection for the club. Remember the Bob Bank from the 1999/2000 promotion season getting pelted with coins throughout the game.

Who has the biggest potential? Who, if promoted, would pose more of a danger by spending the £50+ million that Wolves will do? For me, it's whoever poses the least threat and most likely to go straight back down.

You're going the wrong way. Fulham Palace Road is a no no after a game. Walk through Bishop's Park instead to Putney Bridge tube station and take the Underground to where you should have parked your car....ie away from the vicinity of the ground.

I've never seen an away win at Fulham. But I've been to Cardiff ground 10 times and never seen Cardiff win. To be fair, one of the games was Wales v Iceland and that was a dire 0-0, but I guess the English would have taken that 2 year's ago.
I'd rather see villa and Boro stay down of the potential contenders.
