I think the answer is none. I believe the deal had been agreed some time before Gerrard's appointment. I think we've all known where Scotty was going for a while now. I'd suspected Rangers would confirm the signing on 1st July but it does look as though it could be more imminent.

Just did an Interview on SSN from the airport, you can see why he's going, 4 years is big money. A smart financial move
