Changing seats

Hi there. I’m looking to move seats closer to my family. I’m in the jimmy Mac upper mid section. I’ve already renewed my current season ticket. Who do I email about changing seats and is there a deadline to do this by?

There is a seat swap coming but it isn't announced yet.
