Lands End to John O'Groats....

A walk is planned but not just any walk - it’s from Lands’ End to John O’Groats. The walk is in aid of Cystic Fibrosis. My grandson has this life limiting condition; he is in hospital at moment but will, fingers crossed, be out soon to carry on being a 6 year old Claret.
Your players have even offered support.
Can you help by passing the word round for folk to follow via social media (Facebook)- walking4CF (Twitter)- walking4cf?
I did ask the club if I could walk through on a match day but, to no avail, I understand they will get a lot of requests like this.

If you can think of other ways in which we can raise awareness, money for research etc I am willing to consider all suggestions.
In a nut shell, I am setting off 1 July and have planned to do 63 walking days - I am not 21 by the way! Total distance is 1115 miles, with an average of 19 miles per day.
A Running club, Running4cf, who are based in Billington are helping with logistics, promotion’s, end of year Ball etc etc without there help it would be impossible.
On the 11 August I get as close as I can, at Appletreewick. Then there is an event that day where you can join in, either walk 22 or 50 k of the route.
Rossendale and Pendle Mountain Rescue team are helping out with that day, camping at Masson’s camp site. http://www.sientries.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ultra 22 or 50 walk 11 August
I am completely self-funding and all monies donated go to CF Trust.
I am also happy if Clarets help or we can split how funds are donated via being a claret - we will donate a % to Youth Foundation?
Cheers.https://photos.smugmug.com/Sports/Footb ... 0-1280.mp4
