A top manager being recommended for a job. Seems about right. Hopefully nothing comes of it.

Suggestion based on the fact that Sean has the same agent as her husband. Tenuous.

Same pragmatic style of football as Moyes and Alladyce he wouldnt please the fans they'd hound him out.

Apparently, there's a `West Ham way` to play football. I'm only 52, so I can't actually remember what that is.
I'm with Bob on this.... if they are mid table by Xmas, whoever it is, is gone. Why would SD opt for that?

Media suggesting the board want a proven winner at the highest level.
So that's Dyche ruled out.

I’m pretty surprised at finding out SD has an agent. I wouldn’t have thought anyone with his qualities needed one.

She hasn't publicly stated her criteria which resulted in the recommendation. You never know!

I’d make West Ham among the favourites for relegation.

Mirror/Independent/Telegraph/Sky Sports
Manuel Pellegrini will be unveiled this week as Hammers new boss. Salary of 7 to 10 million, depending on which paper you believe. Good move for em, I think.

For Pellegrini at £10 million, if true.

Pellegrini’s a great manager and a classy guy. Far to good for Wet Spam.

Do people still go to bed wearing a nightcap?

Honestly don't know why anyone is worried anymore about this.
The clubs that might be interested in Sean Dyche have fans whose fickleness is only matched by the complicated (and brief) relationships in Year 2 at school.
Everton fans, West Ham fans, Leicester fans (hilariously) etc - all want a bigger name, not someone who is "not big enough for our club".
Sean knows this as well, which is why he signed a long term contract as he gets the stability and the backing to do what he wants to do.

My uncle Archibald was awarded a Knighthood but Auntie Agatha said he wouldn't wear it. Hence my cousin Quentin.
