Instead of starting a thread to tell us how boring you find it, why didn't you start one to stimulate a "cracking football debate"?

This is a great forum full of character's if it's as shite as you say.....leave!

How's about starting a topic that generates a cracking football debate then? The forum would not prevent you doing so.

I see discussions about all sorts of football related topics on the thread page. I also see threads about non footballing topics - these have always been around and are what sets this forum above the vast majority, if not all, of other football club dedicated forums. There are usually several topics of interest available at any time though, sadly, most 'cracking debate' soon gets lost in a myriad of personal insults and counter-insults as some posters just want to snipe at other posters who may hold a different view without contributing anything of real value to the thread. :'(

Admittedly the Brexit and constant Racism arguments are boring, and the usual wind up merchants but you soon learn who to ignore.

Its a decent enough forum, nobody can deny the work some have put in to keep it going

A few of my classics, one in particular on the types of people that shop at aldi and lidle ( which a poster called bacup boy , or backward boy, I cant just recall ,should remember well ) were erased from Claret Tony . Any good post making their head above the mediocre parapet seemed to get deleted ,along with a nice little ban for the creator . I think looking back at my subsequent posts you may have hit the nail on the head . The posters , me included have been conditioned to keep things boring .
