Postage

Post by Claretforshaw » Mon Jun 18, 2018 5:01 pm

My Children clubbed together to buy me £60 worth of club shop vouchers for Fathers Day and arranged for them to be posted to me. Three £20 vouchers arrived in a small "jiffy" envelope (marked "tracked but not signed for") at a cost of £5.00 ! A bit harsh don't you think.

So the total cost of the vouchers including delivery was £65?

I'm not having BFC are trying to squeeze every last pound out of the fan and marking up the postage costs, there must be a mistake.

Puts my box of pork scratching, selection of 4 for £6 beers from ASDA and claret and blue Bob cap into perspective. Tight beggars.

I sent a jiffy bag with a copy of Lightroom in, 2 days ago, recorded delivery and it was £1.13p.

I often pop birthday cards off without a stamp to relatives....the fallout is hilarious!

That is correct gawthorpe, my daughter was charged £65.00, the postage of £5.00 was shown separately on the receipt enclosed with the vouchers.
