Top 10 Burnley goals below.
What a class act he was, I recall a few long range free kicks thinking maybe a touch of poor keeping helped, but when you see just how many times he did it, and how sweetly he struck the ball, it's no surprise keepers got no where near some of his efforts.

That was so welcome after watching a boring first half Denmak v France. Proper football the Blake way.

I see him interacting with fans all time on social media, a real fans favourite, I don't think anyone has got near him since in terms of popularity amongst supporters, maybe you could make a case for Jay Rod for being local born.

I opened this thread expecting to see more of the "Ings - Rodriguez - Austin" stuff about bringing back former strikers. :?

Great memories. remember them all. The Man U goal first back in the top flight in 2009 just brought me out in goose bumps :D

Thank you, you gotta love a bit of "bad beat bob"

Like every Claret i'm sure, he gave us one of the best feelings you can have as a football fan with that absolute worldie V Man Utd.

Being born in 1979, the full time whistle at Wembley in the 2009 play off final was an incredibly special feeling for me, to reach "The promise land" Then our first Premier League season began & Robbie went & did that & it was like, this is no fluke us being here & please let it last a few years because by god us fans deserve it haha.

And look at us now.

Excellent player. As good as we have been since 2009, not many have got us on our feet like him since.

Has anyone got a clip of him withholding a massive smile at deadwood when we eventually beat them and he was in the studio. Priceless.

the 2nd from last one vs Tottenham....the ball looks half size! I watched it twice.

He was pretty much unplayable on his day. He seemed to go to another level whenever we played PL opponents in the cup.

My favourite player of recent times.

And along with Ralph Coates and Brian O'Neil, of all time.
